We currently ship our items within Europe. Please note that deliveries to certain countries may incur customs fees that are borne by the customer.
Shipping within Europe, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein is free of charge.
The delivery time for Switzerland, Austria and the Principality of Liechtenstein is 1-3 working days from the order date. For all other countries, the delivery time is 3-5 days. Since we have all items in our own warehouse, we can send the goods within 24 hours.
Please note that delivery times may be lengthened due to the currently high volume of online orders due to the Corona virus. However, we do our best to send all orders as quickly as possible and thank you for your understanding.
The ordering process works very easily: Simply select the desired item (s) in the simple shop and add them to your shopping cart. Then all you have to do is enter your delivery address and select the payment method - and you're done! After successful payment you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
To ensure that we can deliver the orders as quickly as possible and that you don't have to wait long for your package, we prepare orders on the same day. We therefore ask you to send us any changes or cancellations by email no later than two hours after receipt of the order confirmation.
A customer account does not necessarily have to be created, but we would of course be very happy about it! You not only benefit from special customer discounts, but you are also always the first / first to be informed about great innovations and discounts.

No, your payment details are not saved. We only need it once to process the transaction.
It can always happen that an article does not meet expectations or simply does not fit. So if one or more items should not please or fit, a 14-day right of return applies from receipt of the goods.

Returns from Switzerland can be sent to our Swiss address, returns from the EU and the rest of the world only to our warehouse in Austria.
Please note that only unworn items with the Dreifeder hang tags can be returned.
The right of return generally applies 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Should an article show a defect or production defect despite careful inspection, we ask you to contact us here to contact.
The customer bears the cost of the return. We offer a detailed table of dimensions for each article and will be happy to help you with any questions. We recommend that you briefly compare the dimensions with a suitable item of clothing before ordering, so you can be sure that the item will fit right away.
The processing for a return is a maximum of 5 working days from receipt of the return, but we will of course try to process it as soon as possible.
The production site is extremely important to us, which is why all of our clothing is produced in northern Portugal. In contrast to production facilities in Asia, the transport routes are many times shorter and the requirements and regulations in the area of environmental protection for the productions are higher.
Definitely! This is very important to the heart, because every piece of clothing contains a lot of manual work, which should be rewarded accordingly. In addition there are fair working hours, social benefits and vacation days as well as good teamwork. We maintain very personal contact with our suppliers and are often on site ourselves. We can convince ourselves at any time that there is a good working atmosphere on site and that the dealings with employees are always very fair.
