RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We offer you a 14-day exchange and return policy. You do not have to give reasons for the return. Since we always want to improve our service, we are very grateful for comments.
Please note the following points for an exchange / return:
- The goods must be unworn.
- The goods must be in their original packaging.
- The goods must be fully labeled (product hangers / labels).
Exchange: The goods will be exchanged if the three points described above are met, provided the desired article is in stock. The return is at your own expense. Please make sure that the shipment is sufficiently franked. We take over the postage for the desired article.
Return: In the case of a return, the value of the goods will be fully reimbursed to you via your chosen payment method after receipt and compliance with the three points described above. Your credit card will be credited within the next 10 days, it may take up to 30 days for this credit to be visible on your statement. The return is at your expense and risk. Please make sure that the return is sufficiently franked.
