The location of our production is extremely important to us — that’s why all of our garments are made in northern Portugal. We maintain a close relationship with our manufacturing partners and regularly visit them on site.

We recommend turning our products inside out before washing. While they can be washed at 40°C, we suggest washing them at 30°C to reduce fabric wear and save energy.

For jeans, it’s important to close the button and zipper before washing and to empty the pockets. Avoid tumble drying — instead, hang the jeans to air dry while still slightly damp. If needed, iron on the lowest heat setting.

For printed T-shirts, make sure not to iron directly over the print.

This is a normal effect with denim. Since the warp yarn in jeans is only dyed on the surface, the colour gradually fades with wear and washing, making the fabric appear lighter over time.

However, this has very little impact on durability, as the robust fibres are woven into the yarn itself.

We stand 100% behind our products and our promise that our jeans are made to last. That’s why we offer a 90-day no-hole guarantee from the date of purchase.

If a hole appears within the first 90 days, simply contact our customer service team.

Our manufacturing partners do their best to craft each item as precisely as possible. However, since every piece is handmade, slight variations from the size chart may occur.

In particular, the custom wash treatment that gives each pair of jeans its unique look can also lead to minor differences in measurements.

We currently ship within Europe. Please note that deliveries to certain countries may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping is free within Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, Austria, and Germany.

For all other countries, a shipping fee of EUR 7 applies to orders under EUR 100. You can find full details about shipping costs on our Shipping page.

Delivery to Switzerland, Austria, and the Principality of Liechtenstein takes 1–3 business days from the date of order.

For Germany and all other countries, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. In most cases, orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

All orders within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are shipped via Swiss Post.

Orders from EU countries are delivered using GLS.

It’s possible to change the delivery address as long as your order hasn’t been processed by our warehouse yet.

Just send us an email with your updated details, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.

Placing an order is quick and easy: simply select the item(s) you’d like in the shop and add them to your cart. Then, enter your delivery address, choose a payment method – and you’re done!

Once the payment is successful, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation via email.

To ensure fast delivery and minimal waiting time, we prepare incoming orders as quickly as possible — often on the same day.

For that reason, we kindly ask you to email us with any changes or cancellations within two hours of receiving your order confirmation.

If you're ordering from an EU country, no additional taxes or customs duties will apply. We ship all EU orders from our warehouse in Austria, so EU customers receive their deliveries without any extra charges.

For orders placed outside the EU and Switzerland, local VAT and customs fees may be charged by the local delivery service upon receipt.

Of course, it can happen that an item doesn’t meet expectations or simply doesn’t fit. If you're not satisfied with a product, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Please note that only unworn items in their original condition, with Dreifeder hangtags attached, can be returned.

Please fill out the enclosed return form accordingly. On the form, you can indicate whether you'd like to exchange the item for a different size or switch to another model.

We’ll then send you the requested item without any hassle. If the item you requested is no longer in stock, we’ll get in touch with you to offer an alternative solution or arrange a refund.

The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Switzerland, Austria, and Germany. However, the cost of returns or exchanges must be covered by the customer.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong item sent), we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

Return processing takes 5–7 business days from the day we receive your return. Of course, we always do our best to handle returns as quickly as possible.

We only accept returns of items that are unwashed, hygienically clean, and undamaged.

As much as we love cats and dogs, we kindly ask that returned items are free of pet hair.
