We offer you a 14-day exchange and return policy.
You do not need to provide a reason for the return. However, since we’re always looking to improve our service, we appreciate any feedback you may have.
Please note the following conditions for an exchange or return:
The item must be unworn.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
The item must include all original labels and tags.
Exchange:
If the above conditions are met and the desired item is in stock, we will gladly exchange your product. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the parcel is sufficiently stamped. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Return:
If you wish to return an item, we will fully refund the value of the goods via your original payment method, provided the above conditions are met. The refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving your return. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Return shipping is at your own cost and risk. Please make sure your return parcel is properly stamped.
